.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak and variable flow will continue through tonight before
becoming weak to moderate east to northeast through Tuesday night
with wave heights of 2-3 feet and a low chance of rain. Rain
chances will increase to medium to high (30-70%) mid-week through
the end of the week along with winds increasing to near 20 knots
as models show a tropical wave approaching the region.
