.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Moderate to fresh onshore flow with 4-5 ft seas will persist through
Monday morning with gusty winds. Seas are expected to increase to 5-
6 ft by Monday afternoon. Tuesday, winds will become more gentle
longshore flow from the northeast through Thursday with seas
decreasing through Friday down to 3-4 ft.
