.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A weak to moderate east to northeast flow will strengthen to
moderate to strong levels Sunday, mainly across the offshore waters
where Small Craft Advisories are likely. Isolated to scattered
showers or thunderstorms will continue tonight into early Sunday
morning, then shift away from the Texas coast through Sunday
afternoon. Moderate to strong northeasterly flow Monday will
weaken to 10 to 15 knots Monday night and persist through the
middle of the week.
