.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Low (15-30%) rain chances will develop tonight, increasing slightly
Wednesday to low to medium (20-40%), then become very low to low (5-
20%) Wednesday night. Rain chances will increase to high
(50-80%) Friday and into the weekend along with an increase in
winds to near or above 20 knots as models show a tropical wave
approaching the region. This is expected to potentially lead to
some increased swells which would lead to some Small Craft
Exercise Caution to Small Craft Advisory conditions this weekend
into early next week.
