.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Expect strong to very strong northerly flow to persist through
early this afternoon. Brief gusts to Gale Force cannot be ruled
out the remainder of this morning. After a brief reprieve
tonight, winds will becomes strong again Monday and persist
through mid- week as a reinforcing surge of high pressure moves
through. Gale force gusts are likely Monday night and Tuesday.
Conditions improve for the latter half of the week. High chances
of light rain are in place Monday through Tuesday.
