.DISCUSSION...
Issued at 133 PM CST Sun Nov 30 2025

Rain chances will remain medium to high (40-80%) through Monday as a
coastal trough develops in the northwest Gulf and interacts with
isentropic lift across South Texas. Rain chances will quickly taper
off Tuesday as the coastal trough moves away from the region. Rain
chances will increase back to medium to high (40-70%) chances mid-
week as areas of positive vorticity advection move across South
Texas ahead of our next cold front later in the work week. Below
normal temperatures will continue through Tuesday with temperatures
returning to near normal values by mid-week. Although temperatures
will be below normal, overnight temperatures are expected to remain
above freezing (32 degrees F). However, chilly temperatures combined
with winds over 10 mph will lead to cold wind chill values (feels
like temperature) Monday morning ranging between 33-40 degrees
Monday morning and 31-40 degrees Tuesday morning.
