  Additional snow accumulations of one to locally 2 inches. For
  the second Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 3 to 6 inches.

* WHERE...Southern Erie county.

* WHEN...For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST
  this morning. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 1
  AM to 7 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the morning or evening commute.
