Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 13 inches. Highest totals are expected south of I-90 in Lake County, northern Geauga County, and far eastern Cuyahoga County. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thanksgiving holiday travel. Snowfall intensity is expected to increase today and tonight with peak snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour possible at times.
