...ELEVATED FIRE DANGER TODAY...

A combination of drying surface vegetation, wind gusts in the 25
to 35 mph range, and relative humidity values in the 20 to 30
percent range, will lead to an elevated risk of fire spread this
afternoon and early evening.

Burning is discouraged under the expected conditions. Take care to
avoid accidentally starting fires, including by being careful
with equipment that may spark and by not operating vehicles
around dry vegetation.
