  Nearshore and Open waters from Willowick OH to Ripley NY...

* Until 130 AM EDT.

* At 1204 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 16 nm north of Fairport Harbor to 18 nm north of
  Conneaut to 19 nm northwest of Ripley, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Erie, Geneva-On-The-Lake, Fairport Harbor, Ashtabula, and Conneaut.
