  extending from 25 nm northwest of Van Buren Point to 31 nm north of
  Ashtabula, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
