Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low temperatures tonight into Monday morning will be in the single digits for most with wind chill values as low as 20 below. Low temperatures Monday night into Tuesday morning will be in the range of 5 above to 5 below zero with wind chill values as low as 20 below. Low temperatures Tuesday night into Wednesday morning will be the coldest of the stretch, ranging from zero to 13 below zero. Wind chill values will be as cold as 24 below, but could trend colder. Lingering cold with sub zero wind chills could continue through Wednesday night. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and unfrozen water.
