  Geneva-on-the-Lake to Conneaut OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to
  US-Canadian border...

At 744 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
funnels and/or waterspouts. These showers were located along a line
extending from 23 nm north of Conneaut to near Ashtabula, moving
southwest at 5 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners may expect occasional funnels and/or waterspouts. Boaters
should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
