The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  the Scioto River Near Larue.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 11.8 feet.
  - Forecast...Although the Scioto River near LaRue is currently
    below flood stage and falling and the Flood Warning is
    currently cancelled, more rain is expected tonight and the
    river is expected to rise again. The river is expected to
    rise above flood stage early Sunday morning to a crest of
    13.2 feet early Sunday afternoon. It will then fall below
    flood stage early Monday afternoon.
