  Charleston Harbor...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 746 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from
  11 NM northwest of N. Edisto Nearshore Reef to 7 NM southeast of
  Edisto Sixty Reef, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Capers Reef, Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty, Y-73 Reef,
  Charleston Nearshore Reef, Capers Mid Shelf, Rattlesnake Shoal,
  Bull Breakers, Air Force Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers, Doug
  Mellichamp Reef, Capers Island Buoy, Comanche Reef, Jimmy Leland
  Tug and Charleston Harbor Entrance.
