* At 705 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Capers Island Buoy to near Edisto Sixty Reef,
  moving northeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
