* At 744 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from
  6 NM north of Saint Helena Sound to near Edisto Sixty Reef, moving
  north at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Deveaux Bank, N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, Edisto Forty Reef, Kiawah
  Reef, Edisto Sixty Reef, Wappoo Cut and Castle Pinkney.
