  from 5 NM east of Cape Romain Reef to near Comanche Reef, moving
  northeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Edisto Buoy, Cape Romain Reef and Hector Reef.
