  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 ft. For the Gale
  Warning, west winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
  seas 4 to 7 ft expected.

* WHERE...South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM EST Thursday.
  For the Gale Warning, from 5 AM to 3 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
