...SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM EDT...

For the following areas...
  Waters from South Santee River SC to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM...

At 924 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line from over N. Edisto Nearshore Reef to over
Sea Buoy Os, moving southwest at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
  Hunting Island Reef, Fripp Island Reef, Fripp Island Wreck,
  Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, Betsy Ross Reef, Fripp Inlet Buoy, General
  Gordon, Saint Helena Sound, Pelican Bank, Port Royal Sound, Hilton
  Head Reef, Edisto Forty Reef, Fish America, Edisto Sixty Reef and
  Gaskins Bank Wreck.
