  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 40 NM...

* At 201 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of
  producing winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located
  along a line from 5 NM north of Edisto Forty Reef to over Capers
  Mid Shelf, moving south at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Edisto Offshore Reef, Charleston Sixty, Joe Shuford Reef, Kiawah
  Reef, Lowcountry Anglers, Edisto Sixty Reef, N. Edisto Nearshore
  Reef, Edisto Forty Reef, Doug Mellichamp Reef, Comanche Reef,
  Capers Mid Shelf, Y-73 Reef and Hunting Island Reef.
