Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 447 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 6 NM south of A L T Buoy, moving north at
  25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Buoy B H, K T K Buoy, Steel Barge Modena, Sapelo Channelbuoy 3,
  Sapelo Buoy S, Doboy Sound Buoy D, Buoy B L, A L T Buoy, D R H
  Buoy, John Bird, Grays Reef Buoy, St Catherines Buoy 3, Tug Rio
  Caroni, C A T Buoy and Saint Catherines Sound.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This thunderstorm will likely produce winds to around 30 knots, and
could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A Special Marine Warning
may eventually be required when this storm reaches the nearshore
waters. Boaters should consider heading for shore before the storm
arrives.
