...A BRIEF PERIOD OF FOG COULD IMPACT THE SOUTH CAROLINA COASTAL
WATERS THIS MORNING...

The areas affected include...
  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...
  Charleston Harbor...

A broad area of low clouds and fog will approach the lower South
Carolina prior to daybreak as a cold front sinks south into the
area. Some brief reductions in visibilities could occur through 9
AM, mainly from South Santee River to Hilton Head out 5 NM,
including the Charleston Harbor. The fog could become locally dense
at times with visibilities dropping to 1 NM or less. Conditions
should rapidly improve after 9 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners are urged to navigate with extreme care in sea fog. If you
must navigate in these conditions, proceed with extreme caution. Use
proper fog signals, including fog horns. Make sure all navigational
running lights are on.
