09/26/2024 Beaufort SC NWS Storm Survey
An EF-0 tornado with max winds of 76 mph touched down
near Headwaters Road in Palmetto Bluff near
Pritchardville. The tornado moved north and crossed the
far western marshy area of the May River before crossing
May River Road. The tornado dissipated just to the north
of May River Road. Path length was 1.27 miles with a
path width of 100 yards.
