* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - The Tropical Storm Warning has been cancelled for Allendale,
      Beaufort, Charleston, Coastal Colleton, Coastal Jasper,
      Dorchester, Hampton, Inland Berkeley, Inland Colleton, Inland
      Jasper, and Tidal Berkeley

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 370 miles northwest of Charleston SC or about 370 miles
      north-northwest of Savannah GA
    - 36.6N 84.6W
    - Storm Intensity 35 mph
    - Movement North-northwest or 330 degrees at 28 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW

now that Helene has moved far enough away from the area and has
been downgraded to Tropical Depression, all Tropical Storm Headlines
have been cancelled for our area.

However, winds will still remain strong and gusty, with Wind
Advisories and Small Craft Advisories in effect.

High Surf Advisories and a High Risk of Rip Currents remains in
effect.

across southeast South Carolina and southeast Georgia.
