At 457 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Rivers Bridge State Park, or 13 miles northeast of Allendale, moving north at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 to 50 mph, pea size hail, and heavy rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Bamberg, Denmark, Rivers Bridge State Park, Ehrhardt, Olar, Govan, and Bamberg County Airport.
