* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia and central South
  Carolina, particularly in valleys and near bodies of water.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
