.DISCUSSION...
High pressure over the area to start the weekend with another
very cold start to Saturday as a strong inversion develops over
the area. Winds will be generally light Saturday increasing out of
the southwest into Sunday as the high gradually moves offshore.
This will increase temperatures as well as low level moisture into
Sunday with minimum RH dropping below 30 percent Saturday,
compared to minimum RH near 35 percent Sunday. No rain expected as
a dry layer of air extends from the surface to around 10,000
feet. Shallow river and creek fog likely Saturday morning,
dissipating shortly after sunrise with no fog expected Sunday
morning.
