.DISCUSSION...
Winds early this morning are fairly light, out of the west around
5 mph. The surface inversion in place is expected to break
between 9 and 10 am which will lead to a low level jet mixing out,
with increasing winds with gusts around 20 mph continuing into
the afternoon, shifting slightly more west-northwesterly. Cooler
temperatures today will likely keep minimum RH around 35 percent,
although there is a chance it briefly drops to around 30 percent
this afternoon. A moderately strong low level jet develops once
again tonight should prevent fog from forming.
