.DISCUSSION...An area of low pressure in the northern Gulf of Mexico
will continue to move east-northeast through the day and into tonight.
Moisture will continue to gradually increase across the area today and
tonight. There are already been some reports of light snow or flurries
across the CSRA this morning, but expect steadier light snow to develop
this afternoon into this evening hours. Otherwise, dry and cold air
will be the main weather event for the next few days. Surface winds will
be from the northeast this morning then gradually shifting to more north
to northwest later this afternoon and into tonight.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Slight chance of
                    snow showers early in the afternoon. Chance of
                    snow showers early in the afternoon, then
                    chance of snow late in the afternoon.
