.DISCUSSION...
A weak cold front will move into the burn area from the north with
weak northeast flow across the region through the day and tonight. The
morning inversion should break around noon. An isolated shower is
possible this afternoon but any precipitation will be quite light.
Inversion above the surface is expected to develop around 800 pm. Fair
dispersion developing overnight with some low clouds but fog is not
expected.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (45-55 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Isolated rain
                    showers late in the afternoon.
