.DISCUSSION...
Snow pack will remain in place tonight through tomorrow morning
for the southern and eastern Midlands. Winds will pick up out of
the W or NW Thursday afternoon around 5 mph. Light west winds
continue through Friday as a warming trend develops through the
weekend. Winds will remain light out of the weekend generally out
of the S or SW. Rain chances ramp up for early next week with
temperatures returning to near normal.
