.DISCUSSION...
Widespread rainfall through the late morning hours, with
amounts of one to two inches expected across eastern GA and SC.
Winds turn out of the west late in the day as the rain exit.
By Wednesday winds turn more light and variable through the
end of the week. Additional rain chances return late Thursday
and Friday.

Fog potential tonight: Ares of fog and low visibility possible
early this morning.  Patchy fog possible tonight into Wednesday
morning.
