...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east central
Georgia, including the following areas, Columbia, Lincoln, McDuffie
and Richmond and central South Carolina, including the following
areas, Edgefield and McCormick.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch is being cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia, including the following
  area, Burke and central South Carolina, including the following
  areas, Aiken, Bamberg, Barnwell, Central Orangeburg, Northwestern
  Orangeburg and Southeastern Orangeburg.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall will continue this morning before beginning to
    move out of the area this afternoon.  Runoff from this heavy
    rainfall will still impact area roadways.
