Total snow accumulations between 3 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph creating significant blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Treasure, Carter, Custer, Fallon, and Northern Rosebud. * WHEN...From this evening through late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
