...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH
LATE SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 3 and
  8 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph creating
  significant blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Treasure, Carter, Custer, Fallon, and Northern Rosebud.

* WHEN...From this evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. Roads may become slick and
  snow packed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will start as a wintry mix
  Friday night before turning to all snow Saturday. The heaviest
  snowfall is expected late Saturday afternoon through Sunday
  morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this winter weather
situation.

Persons should consider delaying travel. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter
storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains,
booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help
you survive in case you become stranded.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Montana and north
  central Wyoming.

* WHEN...From this evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. Roads may become slick and
  snow packed.

  significant blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...In Montana, Pryor/Northern Bighorn Mountains. In Wyoming,
  Northeast Bighorn Mountains.

* WHEN...From this evening through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Recreation in the high country could be impacted by
  heavy accumulating and drifting snow. Travel could be very
  difficult to impossible over US-14. Widespread blowing snow could
  significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected to fall in the
  northern end of the Bighorn mountains.
