* WHAT...Localized whiteout conditions occurring. Additional snow
  accumulations up to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In Montana, Southern Big Horn. In Wyoming, Sheridan
  Foothills.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists
  should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
  Visibilities may drop briefly below 1/4 mile due to falling and
  blowing snow. Strong winds, poor visibility, and slick roads will
  make travel treacherous through tonight, this includes portions of
  Interstate 90 south of Crow Agency through Sheridan County Wyoming.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional snowfall amounts of 4-6 inches are
  possible over the Wolf Mountains.
