* WHAT...Southwest winds gusting up to 65 mph expected.

* WHERE...Beartooth Foothills and Livingston Area.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Thursday to 5 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Strong
  crosswinds could make travel on portions of Interstate 90
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will be late afternoon
  Thursday through the overnight.
