...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO NOON MST MONDAY...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills of 20
  to 35 below expected. For the High Wind Watch, west winds 35 to 45
  mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible.

* WHERE...Judith Gap, Southern Wheatland, and Melville Foothills.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to
  noon MST Monday. For the High Wind Watch, from Monday evening
  through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles on Highway 191. The
  dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite
  and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
  temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
