.DISCUSSION...
An approaching clipper system from the north will bring breezy
west to northwest winds (gusts 25-30 mph) on Tuesday then
accumulating snowfall in the late afternoon and night. Scattered
snow showers may periodically reduce visibility in the morning,
but after 3pm snow will intensify, bringing lower visibility and
ceilings (i.e. mountains will become obscured). Expect snow to
taper off early Wednesday after 2-4 inches of accumulation.
