Additional snow accumulations 4 to 7 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce some blowing and drifting snow in open areas. * WHERE...Wayne, Northern Cayuga, and Oswego Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult at times with snow covered roads. Areas of blowing snow will reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands.
