Total snow accumulations 8 to 18 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Oswego County. The greatest accumulations will be across the Tug Hill Plateau and also far southern Oswego County. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with snow covered roads and poor visibility.
