...A LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND WILL AFFECT PARTS OF ONTARIO...
LIVINGSTON...ORLEANS...GENESEE...MONROE...AND NIAGARA COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...A lake effect snow band accompanied by winds of 20 MPH
which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile. This lake
effect snow band is producing moderate to heavy snow.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1044 PM EST, a lake effect snow band was
nearly stationary stretching from Holley, or near Brockport to
Canandaigua.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Rochester, Chili, Canandaigua, Brockport, Medina, Albion, Brighton,
Gates-North Gates, Henrietta, Spencerport, Victor, Honeoye Falls,
Bristol, Lima, Scottsville, Churchville, Holley, Bloomfield,
Rushville, and Lakeside Beach State Park.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 390 between exits 11 and 12.
 Interstate 90 between exits 44 and 46.

SAFETY INFO...
Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this lake effect
snow band. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads
may lead to accidents.
