A mix of rain and wet snow will change back to all snow this evening before ending. Temperatures in the mid 30s will rapidly fall into the 20s from northwest to southeast through the evening hours, first in Western NY, and last across Central NY. The rapid drop in temperatures and still wet pavement may result in very icy and hazardous conditions developing on untreated roads, sidewalks, and parking lots this evening as water freezes into ice.
