* At 1128 PM EST, showers with strong winds were located along a
  line extending from 15 nm northwest of Fort Niagara to 14 nm
  northwest of Lake Erie Beach, moving northeast at 60 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Thirty Mile Point, Youngstown, Grand Island, Lewiston, Olcott,
  Hamlin Beach, Wilson, Sunset Beach, and Fort Niagara.
