A notably chillier airmass behind the front will persist through Wednesday. Temperatures will drop to some 15 degrees below normal by mid week with rain showers becoming mixed with and changing to some wet snow. In fact, several inches of accumulation is expected on the Tug Hill plateau tonight and Wednesday. $$
