WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
  9 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of central and southern Vermont.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Tuesday to 1 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Bands of heavy snow with snowfall rates
  exceeding one inch per hour will be possible at times.
