* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 7
  inches with the highest totals farther south and east.

* WHERE...Orange, Rutland, and Windsor Counties in south central
  Vermont.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday morning commute. Areas of blowing snow
  could further reduce visibilities and make travel more hazardous.
