...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN ESSEX...
SOUTHWESTERN ADDISON AND NORTHWESTERN RUTLAND COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM
EDT...

At 644 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ticonderoga, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Middlebury, Cornwall, Sudbury, Orwell, Benson, Crown Point, Whiting,
Hubbardton, Shoreham, Ticonderoga, Bridport, Salisbury, Leicester,
Brandon, Schroon, Benson Bay, Black Point, Gilligans Bay, Hollands
Pasture Island, and Fivemile Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
