At 228 PM EDT, snow showers were reported over Derby Center, moving
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds 35 mph or greater, and visibility less than a half
         mile.

SOURCE...Northeast Kingdom International airport automated weather
         station.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and will blow
         around unsecured objects. Low visibility will pose a hazard
         to motorists.

South Bay In Orleans County, Beebe Plain, Derby Line Village, Beebe
Plains, West Charleston, Morgan, Warren Gore, Derby Center, Morgan
Center, Holbrook Bay, Derby Bay, Holland, Derby, Newport City, Derby
Line, Norton, Horseneck Island, Warners Grant, Derby Center Village,
and Averys Gore.

This includes Interstate 91 between mile markers 166 and 177.
