...Heavy snow will impact portions of Clinton, northern Franklin,
northeastern Essex, southern Grand Isle, northwestern Chittenden and
southwestern Franklin Counties through 645 AM EST

At 552 AM EST, heavy snow is occurring along a line extending from
16 miles north of Mooers to Brandon. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds 25 mph or greater, and visibility less than a mile.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Low visibility may pose a hazard to motorists.

Locations impacted include...
Mooers Village, Plattsburgh International Airport, Burke Village,
Malone Village, Dannemora, Champlain Village, Chateaugay Village,
Champlain, Burke, Altona, Black Brook, Peru, Saranac, Grand Isle,
Chazy, Beekmantown, Duane, AuSable, Dickinson, and Schuyler Falls.

This includes Interstate 87 between mile markers 140 and 176.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
